Returns:

If your selection isn’t feeling right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed tagged items within 14 days of delivery.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

As an independent boutique, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

While we can ensure every piece begins its journey safely, Alora Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

If your garment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist in finding a resolution.
