Your order is packaged and sent from our studio within 5–7 business days.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders (5-10 business days) or expedited (2-3 business days).
Tracking details will be provided once your parcel begins its journey to you.

Local pickup within the HRM (Halifax area) is available by appointment.
Please select the pickup option when placing your order. Details will be provided via email once your order is confirmed.

Frequency: Cleanse only when necessary; airing out between wears is often enough to restore the fibres.
Launder: Hand wash in cool water with gentle detergent and lay flat in a bright, ventilated space to dry.
Maintain: Reshape while damp and gently remove any natural pilling with a fabric comb.
Please Note: Our scouring process is devoid of harsh chemicals to preserve the essential oils found in merino wool and cashmere. A natural, organic scent when wet is the result of the fibre’s purity, it will vanish once dry
